I had Nurse Dishna Kumari taking care of my 94 year old mother in law for 2 months on nightly shift. She was absolutely amazing in how she patiently managed her insomnia and making her comfortable in her bed ridden condition. The nurse is very experienced and alerted the family of potential bed sores, and ways to improve her hygiene and circulation. The whole family is very grateful to her for helping us in those difficult months.

I cannot thanks Ishan and the Universal team enough. The care that was given to my father during his stay at the hospital gave our family peace of mind. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to caregiver Rosal for the wonderful care she provided to my husband during his recovery journey.
She performed her duties professionally and responsibly at all times, including assisting with daily care, medication, physiotherapy exercises, hygiene care, and regular health monitoring. Most importantly, Rosal showed patience, compassion, and genuine care towards the patient and our family.
Her daily reporting and communication through WhatsApp also helped keep family members updated and reassured. We are truly thankful for her dedication, support, and kindness during this challenging period.

Service was prompt. We urgently needed a private nurse to attend to our mom on a weekend. The nurse in charge, Souneeka, arrived on time. She is very conscientious and attentive to our mom’s needs. She also did post-visit follow-up to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend 👍🏻

I have used Universal Nursing for my mother's care twice. Once when she had her open heart surgery and now when she is unwell post her fall in December 2025. The nurses are very attentive and considerate of our needs. One of the nurses that was assigned to my mother for the weekends, Sudeshika, was very good and I highly recommend her services. She was totally hands on in providing care for my mother. Did not sleep the whole night as her duty was night shift. I have experience other nurses who tend to fall asleep during night shift but Sudeshika was very professional.

We had a very good experience with Universal Care. Our caretaker Udith was attentive, responsible, and showed genuine care while looking after the patient. His support made a big difference to our family.
Special thanks to Nurse Souneeka and Rose Diaz for consistently monitoring the patient’s reports both online and through physical checks. Their professionalism and regular follow-ups gave us great reassurance.
We are also grateful to Mr. Arvin, the Manager, for his coordination and support throughout the process. The team worked together very well and provided reliable and compassionate care.
