Welcome to UniCura, a caregiving support application operated by Universal Nursing Care, Malaysia.
By accessing or using UniCura, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Overview
UniCura is a platform designed for clients, patients, caregivers, and administrators registered under Universal Nursing Care. The app provides features that support caregiving operations.
Features for Caregivers
Clock-in / clock-out at assigned patient location
Record daily caregiving tasks (medication, hygiene care, bedding, vitals, mobility support, etc.)
Update patient activity logs
Submit leave requests
View attendance and work history
Generate daily reports for clients and admin
Features for Clients
View daily caregiver updates
Receive automated daily reports
Track caregiving activities and vitals
Communicate with Universal Nursing Care admin
Features for Admin
Monitor caregiver performance
Review attendance, reports, and task logs
Approve or manage leave requests
2. Eligibility
To use UniCura, you must:
Be officially registered with Universal Nursing Care
Have a valid caregiver, client, or admin account created by the company
Use the app only for caregiving-related operations
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
3. User Accounts
You agree to:
Keep your login credentials confidential
Provide accurate personal information
Immediately notify Universal Nursing Care of unauthorized access
Universal Nursing Care may suspend or terminate any account violating these Terms.
4. Caregiver Responsibilities
Caregivers must:
Clock in/out truthfully at the correct patient location
Update caregiving tasks honestly and accurately
Maintain patient confidentiality
Report caregiving duties such as:
Medication assistance
Bedding and hygiene care
Vitals monitoring (blood sugar, blood pressure, etc.)
Mobility or daily living assistance
Avoid falsifying any records or attendance data
Follow Universal Nursing Care guidelines and standards
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Provide accurate patient information
Review caregiver reports appropriately
Use caregiving data only for personal/family care purposes
Treat caregivers and staff respectfully
6. Location Access
UniCura uses location for:
Caregiver clock-in / clock-out
Attendance verification
Ensuring caregiving takes place at the assigned location
Location data is collected only during work-related activity and is not used for continuous tracking outside caregiving duties.
7. Leave, Attendance & Reports
Caregivers may submit leave requests via the app
Attendance logs, leave records, and working hours may be used for payroll and compliance
Daily activity reports are automatically generated and shared with:
Clients
Authorized family members (if added)
Universal Nursing Care admin
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Hack, tamper, or misuse the app
Provide false caregiving updates
Share harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Reverse-engineer or attempt to copy any part of the app
Use UniCura for non-caregiving functions
9. Data Usage
By using UniCura, you agree to the data collection and usage practices described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, and features belong to:
Universal Nursing Care (Malaysia)
Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
11. Disclaimer
UniCura is provided on an “as is” basis.
Universal Nursing Care does not guarantee:
Uninterrupted access
Error-free reports
Perfect real-time synchronization
12. Limitation of Liability
Universal Nursing Care is not liable for:
Misuse of the app
Errors caused by inaccurate caregiver submissions
Technical issues, outages, or connectivity problems
Actions of caregivers or clients outside the app
13. Termination
Universal Nursing Care may suspend or terminate accounts for:
Misconduct
Fraud
Security concerns
Violation of these Terms
