V Universal Nursing Care is committed to protecting the privacy of all Clients, Care Recipients, and Caregivers involved in our services. This Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information in compliance with the laws of Malaysia.

1. Information We Collect
   We collect information necessary for the provision of care and administration of service contracts:
   Identification Data: Name, NRIC/ID number, contact details, and residence address of the Client, Care Recipient, and Caregiver.
   Medical and Health Data: Symptoms, conditions, treatments, rehabilitation plan details, and vital signs, as observed and recorded by the Caregiver. This includes verification that the Caregiver is free from COVID-19 related symptoms or virus.
   Financial Data: Payment amounts, billing schedules, and the designated bank account details (CIMB Bank Account Number: 8604128336) used for processing payments.
   Service Verification Data: Time and location of the Caregiver’s commencement of service (inferred from app clock-in/out features).
2. How We Use Your Information
   Your information is used strictly to fulfill the terms of the Caregiver Service Agreement:
   Service Fulfillment: To select and match Caregivers to Clients, and to ensure the Caregiver performs all assigned duties diligently.
   Emergency Response: To notify physicians and/or family members in the event of an emergency encountered by the Care Recipient.
   Care Management: To provide information to family members regarding treatments and rehabilitation plans for the Care Recipient.
   Billing and Administration: To process all payments, booking fees, and subsequent monthly payments as outlined in Clause 4 of the Agreement.
   Compliance: To ensure adherence to the terms of the Agreement, including the anti-solicitation clause , and to handle any related legal action.
3. Disclosure of Information
   We share your information only when necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations:
   Between Parties: Necessary identification, address, and medical requirement information is shared between the assigned Caregiver and the Client to facilitate service delivery.
   Care Team: Health updates, symptoms, and emergency contact details are shared with the Care Recipient’s family members and/or physicians.
   Legal and Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose information when required by the laws of Malaysia or in response to a court order, particularly in disputes related to the termination and anti-solicitation clauses.
   Financial Institutions: Payment data is processed through our designated banking partner (CIMB Bank) for wage and fee transfers.
4. Data Security
   V Universal Nursing Care implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal and sensitive health data against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We limit access to your personal information to employees and agents who have a business need to know.

   This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
