November 8, 2023My family engaged V Universal Nursing Care to provide night nurses for my ailing mother in law. V Universal never missed a day or were late in nurse assignment. We used their services for more than 4 months. We found all the nurses to be professional and dedicated towards the patient. Throughout the journey of nursing my mother in law till her demise, the nurses were exemplary in their duties. Special mention of Nurse Aisha who was with my mother in law till she drew her last breath. We found Aisha calmness and professional advice comforting and reassuring. A word of thanks to Nurse Parveen for her patience in feeding my mother in law and the many sessions of physio & last but not least to the Administrator of Universal Nursing Nurse Souneeka & Mr Aravin for their hands on approach. My dad had a stroke 2 months ago. We were eager to find a caregiver to take care my dad after he discharged from hospital. I got the Universal Nursing Care contact from a friend. Immediately I contacted the person in charge, Mr Aravan, he responded immediately and he said he can send a caregiver right after my dad was discharged. We felt so relieved . The caregiver, Ana, was very good in handling patient. She is very patient, skillful and take care of my dad very well. My dad has improved alot. I strongly recommended their services.

Not only that, supported her emotionally and handled her with tenderness, patience and respect. She gave us peace of mind we needed to do what we needed to do knowing that she was in good hands.
