I had Nurse Dishna Kumari taking care of my 94 year old mother in law for 2 months on nightly shift. She was absolutely amazing in how she patiently managed her insomnia and making her comfortable in her bed ridden condition. The nurse is very experienced and alerted the family of potential bed sores, and ways to improve her hygiene and circulation. The whole family is very grateful to her for helping us in those difficult months.

I cannot thanks Ishan and the Universal team enough. The care that was given to my father during his stay at the hospital gave our family peace of mind. Service was prompt. We urgently needed a private nurse to attend to our mom on a weekend. The nurse in charge, Souneeka, arrived on time. She is very conscientious and attentive to our mom’s needs. She also did post-visit follow-up to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend 👍🏻

I have used Universal Nursing for my mother's care twice. Once when she had her open heart surgery and now when she is unwell post her fall in December 2025. The nurses are very attentive and considerate of our needs. One of the nurses that was assigned to my mother for the weekends, Sudeshika, was very good and I highly recommend her services. She was totally hands on in providing care for my mother. Did not sleep the whole night as her duty was night shift. I have experience other nurses who tend to fall asleep during night shift but Sudeshika was very professional.

We had a very good experience with Universal Care. Our caretaker Udith was attentive, responsible, and showed genuine care while looking after the patient. His support made a big difference to our family.
