We decided to engage a fulltime carer and was assigned Ms Nenebeth Carian (Beth). Beth was excellent. She was very dedicated with her work and took care of my mom very well and with excellent care (this was conveyed to me by the nurses there whenever I called to enquire about my mom). My mom was very comfortable with Beth. My dealings with Universal Nursing Care (Mr Arun) has been nothing short of excellent especially when I contacted him on Hari Raya Haji and all dealings went smoothly. I would definitely take up their services in the future and would recommend their services to anyone.
